All Flex Moulding can be Used “On Edge”

All Flex Moulding is subject to a 50% Radius surcharge add on for custom Radius Mouldings. Any Moulding requested in Super-Flex is subject to a 25% Surcharge. Super-Flex Moulding is also considered custom pieces. They are subject to custom order policies. (Non-Refundable and 100% pre-payment.) Shown are MLD-182, MLD-183, MLD-184 & MLD-185, a 10% surcharge will apply for these Mouldings.

This Flex Moulding was cast around a pre-determined Radius with the profile facing front. Most Mouldings can be cast to almost any Radius. *All radius Mouldings requires a customer supplied Template. A 50% Surcharge will apply. *For very tight Radiuses, “Super-Flex” Mouldings should be requested allowing at least 2 weeks minimum for delivery.

On edge top view

Mouldings used on edge do not require templates. Flex Mouldings used in this manner can be bent to most Radius requirements.
