Our extensive inventory is stocked with over 1300 different parts ready to be shipped! Since we stock over 30,000 parts, we have the fastest delivery time in the industry! Upon approval of your order all "in stock" orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Large or custom orders may require longer due to packaging requirements.

Each and every new design requires hundreds of hours in development time. Our Master Carvers and Sculptors produce numerous prototypes prior to new design approval. Once a design is approved, it is given to our Mold Department and is put into production.

Quality control is at the top of our list. Inspection of each and every part is never ending! Every part is carefully vacuum packaged in plastic for its protection. It is then packed in an environmentally safe foam which minimizes the possibility of in-transit damage. Orders are shipped daily throughout the U.S.A. and worldwide via Ground or Air Freight.
