Welcome to the world of Pearlworks. Your source for innovative architectural ornamentation. Our designs have been inspired by great architecture ranging from around the world. Pearlworks is the only manufacturer of Hybrid Architectural Molding on the market today. This innovative process combines Hardwood and resin castings together creating a unique molding with twice the detail at HALF THE PRICE of machine wood carvings. All our hardwood moldings are made using this hybrid manufacturing process. When complex radiuses and curves require a flexible molding, our specially blended urethane moldings are the answer! They are as flexible as your needs. When it comes to finishing your project, any water or oil base stain or paint can be used.

These new MODULAR designs range from our unique Freestyle Designs, new Contemporary line to the Classic components that Pearlworks is known for!  Pearlworks strives to making installation an easy process compared to our competition!  

Who has time to wait? Our extensive inventory has over 30,000 parts at any given time. This allows us to ship faster than anyone in the industry! Our in stock items can usually be shipped within a few days. Large or out of stock orders can be shipped within seven to 10 days depending on the size of your order.

ORDERING: All invoices, shipping agreements, and credit card authorization forms will be faxed or emailed directly to the customer for their approval. Once approved and returned to Pearlworks, the order will then be processed.

Due to constant product research and development, all product pricing and part numbers may change without notice. The customer must review all part numbers, descriptions, and prices before approval.

When ordering moulding, please allow 20% additional footage for pattern repeat. All radius-moulding orders will require a template with your order.

TERMS: Prepaid. No C.O.D.s

100% payment due on all orders before we start production. With a shipping balance due on the day your order ships.

Custom and special orders must be prepaid in full.

All labor charges on custom pieces must be prepaid in full.

All labor charges for completed custom work is non-refundable.

SHIPPING: If your order is in stock, it typically ships within 2-4 business days after your final approval. Large orders can take longer.

Orders are shipped via FedEx ground or common carrier, depending on size and weight.

Requests for shipping cost cannot be accommodated until order is actually packaged.  Shipping estimates are available upon request.


All returns must be approved by Pearlworks. We will issue a RMA return merchandise Authorization Number to you. This number must be clearly written on the returning box or it will be refused.

All returns must be in saleable condition.

All shipping cost on returned products are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee as per our restock fee schedule.

WARRANTY: If after careful inspection of your Pearlworks components, you feel there is a defect that renders a part unusable, please notify us in writing with pictures within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Finishing or installing a component infers that you have accepted same and nullifies any warranty claim.

Pearlworks liability shall not exceed the replacement cost of the defective part only, including shipping and handling.

All wood mouldings must be maintained under stable humidity and temperature conditions for any warranty to apply.

When using Pearlworks products (wood or resin) in exterior application, failure to properly caulk, seal and maintain finish will void warranty.

All flexible mouldings will split or crack if bent beyond our specified minimum radius limits.

All sizes of parts in catalog are approximate. Example: if you are building columns to go with either of our bases or plinth blocks, it is mandatory that you buy samples of these parts Before you make any of the columns. All resin ornamentation will vary slightly in size due to the nature of the curing process of resin. Please note that all matching corner elements fit very closely, but are not exact. Please make sure all parts work before placing your order.

Because of the delicate nature of many of our products, we can not guarantee that they will arrive without a break or crack. Many factors such as extremely cold weather, physical shock to a package, etc. may cause a crack or a "clean break" in the thinner areas of many of our components. Typically resin breaks smoothly and can easily be joined together with no visible seam apparent in the finished product. Cracked material can also be easily re-attached. Components that may experience a crack or break in transit include any part that is less than 1⁄2” thick at the thinnest point and any all-resin moulding.

Shipping and Will Call Agreement

Our goal at Pearlworks is to assure that you receive your order complete and undamaged. Over the years we have experienced almost every conceivable shipping problem imaginable. We have listed a few guidelines to follow that will help, should you need to make any claims for damage or lost packages.

All ornamentation is sold to our customers F.O.B., this stands for "freight on board". This term simply means, we guarantee all parts are free of defects or damage.

Since we sell our products internationally, our main challenge is shipping our ornamentation safely, as damage free as possible, to our customers whether they live locally or abroad.

Pearlworks has a very competent shipping department that carefully packages and prepares your shipment. For this service our customers pay a "Handling charge".

Once Pearlworks has packaged, sealed and safely delivered your packages to the shipping company, our obligation to this order is complete.

Pearlworks is not in any way circumventing any responsibility but merely stating we cannot be held responsible for replacement of damaged parts incurred during transit for which we have no control. We will assist our customer if they need any help when dealing with shipping companies and will continue to do so in the future.

Please follow the listed suggestions, they are based on years of experience in dealing with shipping companies.

Step 1) When the shipper delivers your packages you will have to sign a release in order for you to obtain your delivery. Please, immediately inspect the outside of your packages very carefully, looking for any scrapes, smashed corners or edges, holes, ripped sides or any visible damage you can find. If you find damage to your boxes note this with the shipper immediately before the driver leaves. This will buy you time if the shipping company or you don't have the time to open and check the damaged parts.

If at all possible, open all packages in front of shipper at the time of delivery. If damage is found make a detailed list and note this with the shipper. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials or the boxes. The shipping company will need to inspect this before a claim can be processed.

Step 2) Make your claim for damage immediately with the shipping company, do not wait. The longer you wait, the longer it will take for the shipping company to reimburse you for your claim. (Pearlworks is not responsible to replace any part damaged during transit).

Step 3) If you sign your release form with the condition "subject to inspection", this means nothing to the shipping company. You need to inspect for damage if possible at the time of delivery. If all of these steps are followed, the shipper will approve your claim for damage. Once we have approval on your claim, we will immediately ship all replacement parts. If your claim is denied because you forgot or did not follow the listed guidelines, you have eliminated our ability to help you. All replacement parts for damage denied by the shipper will have to be reordered and paid by the customer.

FEDEX have a limit on the weight and size of each package. Anything larger must be shipped by common freight carrier.


All long mouldings are packaged in custom-built boxes that are 15' long. All mouldings are surrounded by extended spray foam. The handling charge for all orders is 5% (domestic) 7.5% (international).

All other parts are packaged in standard size boxes. The Minimum handling charge for orders under $100.00 is $5.00 plus shipping.

Canadian orders are subject to custom/broker charges please check with your local FedEx or custom broker. Any and all duty and tax charges are based on weight and value of the shipped product and are the consignee’s responsibility to pay before any product can be released.

25% surcharge for same day shipping, "not all orders can be processed in one day".

It is your responsibility to follow the above instructions. If any of the above suggestions are not followed, our ability to help will be severely limited.

If you choose not to wait for the damage claim to clear before you order replacement parts, let us know. Replacement orders are give priority. All replacement orders will be treated as "NEW ORDER", all standard procedures and approvals will apply.
